401(k)
Eligible employees may set aside a portion of their paychecks for their retirement on a before-tax basis. Participation in the 401(k) begins immediately, and employees may contribute up to 15 percent of their earnings.

Pension Plan
The Foster Farms Group Pension Plan will help take care of your financial needs when you retire at age 65 or later, by providing you (and your spouse if you are married) with a continuing income. Employees with five or more years of service are eligible.

Performance Partnership Bonus Plan (salaried employees only)
The Performance Partnership Bonus Plan is integrated with the Balanced Scorecard to align individual, division, and corporate goals more tightly. Bonuses are paid in March of the following year.

Educational Assistance
At Foster Farms we recognize that additional education and self-development can better prepare employees for present job responsibilities and also help them prepare for future assignments.
