Fresh Frozen Chicken Wings 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 2 Tbsp. vinegar 2 Tbsp. red pepper sauce 2 Tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. salt Reduced-calorie bleu cheese salad dressing |
1. Mix oil, vinegar, pepper sauce,
chili powder, garlic powder and salt in medium bowl. Rinse wings; pat
dry. Add wings and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at
least 30 minutes. 2. Set oven to broil. Place chicken in rectangular pan, 13" x 9" x 2", lined with aluminum foil. Broil about 4 inches from heat 7 to 10 minutes (longer for frozen). Turn; broil until chicken is done, about 7 minutes longer for fresh, more for frozen. Serve with bleu cheese dressing. Makes 20 appetizers. |

6 oz. Foster Farms Hickory Smoked
Turkey Breast or Turkey Ham, thinly sliced 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated biscuits 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles 3 1-oz. slices sharp American process cheese |
1. Flatten each piece of biscuit dough
into 3-inch circles. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheet. 2. Top each biscuit with sliced turkey, diced chiles and 1/4 slice of cheese. Bake at 400°F 8 to 10 minutes. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Serve warm. Makes 40 appetizers. |

Wing Drummettes 7 thin slices bacon 2 Tbsp. honey |
1. Cut bacon slices in half crosswise.
Wrap one half slice around each drummette; secure with toothpick. Brush
each drummette lightly with honey. (Honey is easier to brush if warmed
slightly.) 2. Broil on a rack 3 to 5 inches from heat for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp; turn frequently. Makes 14 appetizers. |
