1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons Morton Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 package (16 oz.) frozen Chinese-style vegetables

6 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 package (about 1lb.) Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken (Breast or Thighs), cubed

1. Combine water, Morton Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend, soy sauce and ginger. Add chicken and allow to marinate 15 minutes. 2. Heat oil in skillet. Add Foster Farms chicken and marinade to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and continue cooking 5-8 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
