Italian Pasta Salad
Foster Farms fresh boneless thighs combined with pasta, veggies, and Italian dressing makes this one cool pasta salad! And with minimal cooking time, it can be prepared quickly. Prep Time: approx.
   25 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 7 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 32 minutes .
   Makes servings.

Chicken:
1 package (about 1 lb.) Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  

Pasta Mixture:
4 cups cooked tube-shaped pasta, drained and cooled
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1/2 cup reduced calorie creamy italian dressing, or your favorite salad dressing
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained


Directions
1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips.

2. In medium skillet, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook chicken and garlic about 7 minutes or until no longer pink when cut into.

3. In large bowl, mix chicken, pasta, broccoli, dressing, tomatoes, and olives. Refrigerate until serving time. Salt and pepper to taste.
