Chuckwagon Barbecue Drummettes

1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 package (about 1 lb.) Foster Farms Chicken Wing Drummettes
Sauce:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 can (15 oz.) chopped italian tomatoes

Directions
1. Set oven control to broil. Line rectangular baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Arrange chicken in pan. Broil chicken, with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat, 5 to 7 minutes. Turn chicken over and broil 5 minutes longer or until chicken is brown.
3. In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat to a boiling and reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Add chicken and simmer 15 minutes.
