3 Cheese Lasagna Rolls
Three delicious cheeses combine with spinach and onion to create a hearty stuffing for these lasagna rolls. Serve with fresh french bread and salad and enjoy!

15 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 20 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 35 minutes .

Turkey:
1 package Foster Farms Ground Turkey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Lasagna:
12 cooked lasagna noodles, giant shells or tubes
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet in hot oil cook turkey and onion, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink.
2. Remove from heat and stir in seasoning, cheeses and spinach.
3. Spread each noodle with 1/3 cup turkey mixture, press mixture firmly and roll up. Place open end down in lightly greased baking dish.
4. Top with spaghetti sauce and cover loosely with foil. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Salt and pepper to taste.
