Meatball Primavera

1 package Foster Farms Lean Ground Turkey
1 cup unseasoned dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 jar (10 oz.) alfredo sauce
1 package (14 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
  cooked pasta
  grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, cheese, seasonings, salts, pepper and egg. Let stand 5 minutes. 3. Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. 4. Form turkey mixture into 1-inch balls and place in baking pan. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink inside. 4. In a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat alfredo sauce and vegetables. Add meatballs and heat through. 5. Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
