Asparagus Parmesan
Quick and easy asparagus that is sauteed, and topped off with Parmesan cheese. Prep Time: approx.
   5 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 10 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 15 minutes .
   Makes 5 servings.

1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
3/4 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
  salt and pepper to taste

1. Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus spears, and cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes, or to desired firmness. Drain off excess oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
