Garlic Chicken and Mushroom Linguini

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 8 oz. linguini, cooked according to package instructions
1 package Foster Farms Savory Serving Roasted Garlic Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
1 cup fresh mushroons, sliced
1 jar spaghetti sauce or Alfredo sauce

1. Place a frying pan over medium high heat, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Place Foster Farms Roasted Garlic marinated chicken breast fillets in pan and saute' for 6-8 minutes until cooked when internal temperatures reach 170 degrees F. Remove cooked chicken breat fillets and slice chicken into 1-inch strips and set aside.

2. In medium non-stick frying pan, add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and saute' mushrooms for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Add sauce to pan and heat through. Turn off heat and place sauce aside.

3. Divide cooked linguine onto plates. Top with sauce and cooked chicken. Serve immediately.
