Moroccan Chicken Salad
. Prep Time: approx.  10 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 16 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 26 minutes .

Salad:

4  Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, grilled and sliced
1 package (6 oz.) Ready Pac European-Style Baby Spinach
1/2 cup seasoned almonds
1/2 cup feta cheese
2  oranges, peeled and sliced
  

Dressing:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/8 teaspoon cumin
  salt, to taste
  a pinch of Herbs de Provence, to taste (optional)
 

Directions
1. Place all 5 salad dressing ingredients into a small mixing bowl or jar with tight fitting lid. Mix well with either a small whisk or by shaking the closed jar. Set aside. Place Ready Pac European-Style Baby Spinach in a large bowl. Mix with almonds and feta cheese. 2. Place mixed salad on 4 dinner plates. Top with grilled, sliced chicken and garnish with orange slices. Drizzle dressing to taste over each salad.
