Magnificent Chicken Marinara
. Prep Time: approx. 10 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 20 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 30 minutes .
Makes servings.
1 package Foster Farms Chicken Tenders
|
8 oz. tube-shaped pasta
|
1 can (15 oz.) marinara sauce
|
1/3 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
|
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
|
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
|
salt and pepper, to taste
|
Directions
1. Spray medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook chicken over medium heat, stirring often. Chicken is done when no longer pink when cut into, about 7 minutes.
2. In a 4 quart saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions, drain well.
3. Return pasta to saucepan. Stir in chicken, marinara sauce, tomatoes, and basil. Sprinkle with cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
