Mustard Sauced Chicken

Chicken:

1 pound Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
|
2 tablespoons flour
|
salt and pepper to taste
|
1 tablespoon butter
|
1 tablespoon oil
|
Mustard Sauce:
|
2 leeks, white part only, thinly sliced
|
3/4 cup white wine
|
3 tablespoons dijon style mustard
|
2 tablespoons whipping cream
|
1 tablespoon mustard seed
|
|
Directions
1. Dust chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Saute in butter and oil over medium heat until no longer pink inside, about 6 to 7 minutes. Remove chicken to platter, keep warm.
2. Saute leeks lightly in pan drippings. Add remaining ingredients, simmer until sauce is reduced an slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
3. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
