Sesame Chicken Thighs

1 package (about 2 1/3 lbs.) Foster Farms Chicken Thighs
3  carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
  hot cooked rice

Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Spray a square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken and carrots in pan. 2. In medium bowl, mix soy sauce, honey and garlic powder. Pour mixture over chicken. 3. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake 10 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink when cut into. 4. Serve with rice
