Valley Chicken
Valley chicken is a simple bake that incorporates horseradish, breadcrumbs, and ranch dressing mix to form a crispy and flavorful outer layer.. Prep Time: approx.  15 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 45 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 60 minutes .

Chicken:

1 package Foster Farms Best of Our Fryer
  

Breadcrumb Mix:

1  egg white, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 package ranch salad dressing mix
  

Serve With:

1 package (16 oz.) frozen broccoli flowerets
 

Directions
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Spray rectangular baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In medium bowl, mix egg white, water and horseradish.

3. Mix breacrumbs and ranch dressing mix in heavy plastic bag.

4. One piece at a time, dip chicken in egg white mixture then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Arrange in pan.

5. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink when cut into.

6. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Serve chicken with broccoli.
