Yummy open-faced sandwich topped with cucumber, red bell pepper, and sprouts!. Prep Time: approx.  10 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. Minutes. Ready in: approx. 10 minutes .

Turkey:

1 tub Premium Thin Sliced Turkey Breast
  

Sandwich:

4 slices whole grain bread
1  cucumber, sliced
4 teaspoons light cream cheese
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons red bell pepper, diced
1 package alfalfa sprouts

Directions
1. Lightly toast whole grain bread, thinly spread light cream cheese and Dijon mustard onto each slice.

2. Layer 4 slices of cucumber, 3 slices of Foster Farms Premium Thin Sliced Turkey Breast meat, and 1/2 teaspoon of diced red bell pepper onto each slice of whole grain bread. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
