Chicken Parmesan Cheese Dip
Our popular Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets make this dip irresistable. Enjoy with your favorite chips or wrap in pitas for a nice change.. Prep Time: approx.  25 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 35 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 60 minutes .
Makes servings.


1/2 stick firm butter
  pita chips, toasted baguete slices
  

Dip:

  salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups shredded jalapeno jack or mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 package cream cheese, softened
1  medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup finely chopped Italian parsely, packed
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 package Foster Farms Chicken Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
2  large garlic cloves, minced

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 2-quart (7x11x2-inch) or round baking dish.

2.Season chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash pepper. In a 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add chicken; cook until well browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook until no longer pink in center, about 5 to 10 minutes more.

4. When cool enough to handle, finely dice chicken. Place chicken in a large bowl; add jack cheese, Parmesan, and cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix all.

5.Spread into prepared baking dish. Bake until hot, bubbly, and lightly browned, about 35 minutes. Serve hot with chips, toast, or crackers.

6. To bake in ramekins: Butter 5 (1-cup) ramekins; fill with chicken mixture. Bake until hot, bubbly, and lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
