Chicken Tostada

6 prepared tostada shells
|
3 Foster Farms Rotisserie Breast Fillets, shredded
|
1/3 cup lime juice
|
2 tbsp olive oil
|
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
|
fresh pepper
|
1 16-oz can refried beans
|
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
|
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
|
1 avocado, sliced
|
2 cups refrigerated fresh salsa
|
1/2 cup sour cream
|

Directions
Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, mix together the chicken, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro and pepper.<br/>
Warm refried beans and spread evenly over top of each tostada shell. Sprinkle each tostada with jack cheese. Place on a baking sheet and broil until the cheese is lightly browned and melted, about 30 seconds. Divide the tortillas among 6 plates. <br/>
Top each tostada with chicken mixture, lettuce, avocado, salsa and a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
