California Chicken Club Sandwich

Makes 4 servings.
4 Foster Farms Rotisserie Breast Fillets, thawed

4 slices bacon, cooked and cut in half
|
8 slices white bread, toasted
|
1/4 cup mayonnaise
|
4 slices tomato
|
4 leaves romaine lettuce
|
1 avocado - halved, pitted and thinly sliced lengthwise
|
Directions
Spread mayonnaise evenly on each slice of toasted bread. Top 4 of the toasted slices of bread with a rotisserie breast and a slice of bacon. Add a tomato slice, a leaf of lettuce and slices of avocado. Top with remaining 4 slices of toasted bread. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
