Fettucine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken
. Prep Time: approx.  10 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 15 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 25 minutes .
Makes servings.


2 packages Foster Farms Fully-Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
2 cups cooked fettucine noodles
1 jar prepared alfredo sauce
1/4 cup canned or fresh-sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup jarred sundried tomatoes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions
1. Cook fettucine noodles according to package instructions. Drain well and return to the pot. Combine alfredo sauce with the cooked noodles in the pot. Add mushrooms, cook over medium heat. 2. Heat the grilled strips in a microwave-safe dish or in a skillet until desired temperature is reached. 3. Divide the noodles and the chicken strips into four portions. Scoop 1/4 of the noodles and sauce onto a plate, and top with a tablespoon of the grated Parmesan cheese. Place 1/4 of the chicken strips on top of the noodles, (add the tomatoes) and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and a pinch of the chopped parsely for garnish.
