            | 1 pound Foster Farms Ground Turkey 
 | 1/4 cup milk 
 |  
            | 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs 
 | 1 teaspoon garlic salt 
 |  
            | 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
 | 1 teaspoon oregano leaves, crushed 
 |  
            | 4 tablespoons tomato paste 
 | 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained 
 |  
            | 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
 | 1 cup shredded Mozarella cheese 
 |  
            | 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper 
 | 2 tablespoons sliced olives 
 |  
|  |  Directions
 1.  Combine ground turkey, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon oregano.  Press mixture evenly over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
 
 2.  Spread tomato paste evenly over meat "crust".  Top with 1/2 teaspoon oregano, sliced mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
 
 3.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
 
 4.  Sprinkle with Mozarella cheese, green pepper and olives.  Bake an additional 15 minutes.  Cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
