Foster Farms Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  

Chicken:

1 package Foster Farms Boneless Chicken Breast Fillets

1  pinch of salt

4 slices (1/4" thick) Monterey Jack Brick cheese

  

Salsa:

2 medium tomatoes

1 bunch cilantro

1  pinch of salt

1/2  white onion

4  jalapenos, remove seeds

  squeeze 1/2 of a fresh lemon

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and pat dry chicken breasts. Cut slit in thick part of breast. Salt inside of chicken breast. Put sliced Monterey Jack cheese in each chicken breast. 2. Place in glass dish or pie tin with slit side facing each other. Turn oven down to 350 degrees, cook for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes. 3. While chicken is cooking prepare salsa or you can prepare in advance. cut up and mix all salsa ingredients together in a bowl.
