4  Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets

  vegetable oil

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup spreadable fruit or reduced-sugar marmalade, jelly, jam or preserves

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and spray with vegetable oil spray (being careful not to spray near a gas flame. 2. Add chicken pieces to hot skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
