1. In small bowl, blend salsa, honey, soy sauce and mustard. In non-metal dish, pour salsa mixture over chicken. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil and arrange chicken in pan in a single layer. Pour salsa mixture over chicken.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done, basting after 20 minutes.
