INGREDIENTS

  

Chicken:

1 package (about 2 lbs.) Foster Farms Chicken Wings

3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1  egg

2 tablespoons water

  

Sauce:

1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt

1 1/2 tablespoons dill pickle relish

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1/2 teaspoon dill

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray rectangular baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut wings at joints and discard tips.

2. Place breadcrumbs in a heavy plastic bag. In medium bowl, mix egg and water. Dip wings in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture and shake to cover.

3. Place wings on baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is browned and no longer pink when cut into.

4. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and serve with chicken.
