Foster Farms Recipe by Chef Mark Tadros

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Foster Farms leftover shredded chicken

1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce

1/2 cup red onion (diced)

1 1/2 cups tomato (diced)

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

4  french rolls

8 slices Provolone cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Place shredded chicken in a large pot and add BBQ sauce, red onion and tomato and bring to a boil.

2. Turn heat off and add cilantro.

3. Place 2 slices of provolone cheese on the french roll and add about 1 cup of the mixture to the roll.
