Convenience Store Sales Manager

Essential Job Functions

1. Develop sales plan to meet budgeted overall sales and profit goals for the national convenience store business and achieve all project objectives.
2. Train and develop sales personnel and have the ability to build a national C-Store broker network.
3. Maintain administrative responsibilities.
4. Develop and expand business and provide accurate sales forecasting.
5. Must be able to develop and manage sales budget.


Requirements

1. B.S. Degree in Business or Marketing
2. Fifteen years prior Regional Manager experience within the foodservice industry.
3. Should have experience selling within the convenience store channel, making major headquarter calls, and selling food products, must have strong negotiation skills
4. Ability to manage and supervise both brokers and sales personnel and manage multiple projects.
5. Must reside in California, Arizona or Texas.
6. Must be able to travel 50% to 60% of the time, travel includes North America (USA, Canada). May be required to work and travel some weekends for industry and regional shows.
