Your resume will be entered into our system and made available to the recruiter responsible for the open position. You will receive notification that your resume has been received. Then, if your resume matches the requirements of a current opening, we will contact you to set up an interview.
If you are selected for an interview, you will first meet with a member of our recruiting team. Typically the first interview is via telephone. If there’s a good fit for the position, you will meet with the hiring manager and possibly other members of the work group. We also check references, and require a drug test and background check prior to employment.
