The Foster Farms Wellness Program offers employees and their families the following tools as part of our employee benefits package.
- Company Paid Health Screenings
Annually a team of healthcare professionals are brought to Company worksites to perform free confidential health screenings—so you can find out what your glucose level is, your various cholesterol levels (full lipid panel), blood pressure, and several other valuable tests.
- Incentive Program
Under the Wellness program, Foster Farms will be offering health insurance premium savings to those employees and their spouses who meet certain health goals as measured by either the benefit plan sponsored health screenings, or the same screenings performed by your doctor.

In October or early November flu shots are offered at no charge to all employees.
Dependents of employees can get flu shots for free too.

The Company is willing to provide free tobacco cessation program if employees are interested in attending.
