We select only the finest chickens and turkeys for our breeding programs. Every egg is checked, cleaned and immediately transported to one of our hatcheries for incubation. In the carefully controlled environment of the breeder ranches, our eggs arrive at Foster Farms hatcheries in California, Oregon and Washington within hours of laying. The hatchery eggs are inoculated using the safest, most technologically advanced procedures, then placed in incubators, where they remain under optimal environmental conditions until hatching.
