Essential Job Functions
1. Position will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets of products sold through the grocery and club channel by executing plans developed together with the Director of Marketing.
2. Daily management of pricing, promotion, supply/demand, and inventory issues.
3. Analysis of financial result trends and market share trends.
4. Will compile ad-hoc financial analysis.
5. Forecast preparation, review and communication with sales force and account calls.
6. Be involved with activities in the Marketing Department that will be needed to drive business results.
Requirements
1. BA/BS degree MBA preferred
2. Eight or more years of food marketing experience, protein marketing experience preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
4. Ability to understand, manipulate and add insight to data.
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
7. Track record of success and upward mobility.
