Northern California Distribution Supervisor

Essential Job Functions
1. Manage the Shipping and Receiving crew for the shift.
2. Work with NCDC management to develop more accurate and expeditious methods of receiving and shipping product.
3. Complete all administrative tasks (employee training, vacation, scheduling, SSOP checks and facility inspections).
4. Assist with testing, training and implementation of new systems.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Must have two years of college or equivalent work experience in management and or shipping distribution.
2. Must be able to flex work schedule as needed.
3. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Must be able to work in a cold environment.
5. Must have good written and verbal English communication skills.
6. Familiarity with information systems and/or PC applications is helpful.
7. Must have demonstrated good attendance and work record.
8. Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
