Essential Job Functions

1. Act as Kronos Change Manager to include inquiring and understanding operational Labor needs in order to analyze Kronos capability, and proceed to create and design system to meet those needs.
2. Provide support for spontaneous requests from Accounting, HR, Production and other areas and will direct Work Force Managers in their maintenance and use of Kronos to include troubleshooting, researching, and reconciling data.
3. Will actively partner in the design and rollout of Kronos at additional sites.
4. Backup Misc. Central Payroll functions to include Foster Farms, LLC/Foster Poultry federal and state tax returns, prepare Federal and state tax deposits, weekly and biweekly, monthly, reconciles the PR system to the GL system.
5. Help with weekly reports for all Companies, miscellaneous (i.e. affidavits of forgery, payroll processing, SDI calculations, AAW, ad hoc reporting and Vanguard Transmission).
6. Maintain online structure for Kronos to include group schedules, operating grp/employee selectivity security, comments list, data access profiles, pay codes, pay rules, employee grps/labor level transfer sets, records for WFM.
7. Obtain, install, and update employee and/or manager licenses and participate in the upgrade of software/install of service packs and holiday table rules.
8. Conduct WFM Kronos Training, update training manual as necessary.
9. Manage clock infrastructure: firmware upgrades, replacements, trouble-shooting.
10. Maintain / coordinate Kronos security access & review / develop/ coordinate Hyperfind Query Administration.
11. Document and test Kronos-Payroll policy / procedures.

ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Participate in year-end processing: W-2’s, company vehicle analysis and input, and relocation analysis and input.
2. Work with miscellaneous auditors as needed.


Requirements


1. BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Business Administration (or currently pursuing) or equivalent experience.
2. 1-3 years working experience with Kronos system, strong understanding of Kronos software.
3. Prior work experience exhibiting strong leadership trainer experience preferred.
4. Demonstrated technical ability to be able to explore/understand/apply attributes of a software.
5. Strong problem-solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills strong customer service values.
6. Able to work independently and work with all levels of management. Must have a high degree of organization and prioritization skills and be detailed oriented.
7. Must have strong computer skills MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
8. Must be able to communicate effectively with varying levels of management and team members, both written and verbal.
9. Willing to travel.
