Foster Farms Recipe

Summary

INGREDIENTS

  

Chicken:

1 pound Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

2 tablespoons flour

  salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon oil

  

Mustard Sauce:

2  leeks, white part only, thinly sliced

3/4 cup white wine

3 tablespoons dijon style mustard

2 tablespoons whipping cream

1 tablespoon mustard seed

This recipe was delicious and quck. It could be used just as easily for boneless pork. Only change I would make is less cooking oil. LOVED IT! Pam Looney

DIRECTIONS

1. Dust chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Saute in butter and oil over medium heat until no longer pink inside, about 6 to 7 minutes. Remove chicken to platter, keep warm.

2. Saute leeks lightly in pan drippings. Add remaining ingredients, simmer until sauce is reduced an slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

3. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
