DIRECTIONS

1. Thaw frozen breast tenders according to the package directions. Preheat barbecue or oven broiler.

2. Combine honey, mustard and orange zest in small mixing bowl. Set aside. Weave 2 tenderloins lengthwise onto each skewer, and lightly coat both sides of chicken with non-stick cooking spray. Spray grill rack or broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray before exposing to heat source.

3.Place chicken on grill or pan and cook 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes, basting frequently with sauce. Turn, baste again, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

4. Remove tenders to warm serving platter. Discard any leftover sauce from bowl.
