Foster Farms Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 package Foster Farms Savory Serving Teriyaki Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets

1 1/2 cup medium or long grain rice cooked according to package instructions

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup mushrooms, freshly sliced

1/2 cup onions, thinly sliced

3/4 cup sugar peas (or snap peas if not available)

3/4 cup broccoli

1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS

1.Cut Foster Farms Savory Servings Teriyaki bonelss skinless breat fillets into 1/2 inch strips. Set aside.

2. In large non-stick frying pan heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and add chicken. Cook chicken in pan for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly. When chicken is cooked, remove from pan and set adie.

3.Heat remaining vegetable oil to frying pan at medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions for about 1 minute. Add mushrooms, broccoli, sugar peas, and carrot to frying pan. Stir constantly for one minute then add soy sauce, sesame oil (optional), water and salt. Mix vegetables in frying pan over medium heat for about 3 mintues, then cover pan and let vegetables cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

4.Add chicken to vegetables and stir over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Dish is done when vegetables are crisp and tender and chicken is cooked.

5.Place cooked rice on plates and top with stir-fry vegetables and chicken. Serve immediatley.
