Summary

This is a great summer salad with fresh peaches and grilled turkey! It's good for you too.

INGREDIENTS

  

Turkey:

1  Foster Farms Turkey Tenderloin

  

Salad:

1/4 cup whole walnuts, shelled and toasted

  salt and pepper to taste

2 cups favorite salad mix

1  peach, peeled and sliced, or you can substitute 1 cup of canned peaches

1/4 cup favorite vinaigrette dressing

DIRECTIONS

1. Lightly season Turkey Tenderloin with Salt and Pepper and grill for 10 minutes on each side or until Turkey Tenderloin reaches 160 degrees F.

2. Place lettuce mix, peach slices, and walnuts into a large salad bowl and add dressing. Toss until completely coated.

3. Place salad mixture onto a large plate, slice Turkey Tenderloins into 1 inch thick slices and place around the outside of the salad.
