CONTEST DETAILS

Welcome to the 3rd Annual Foster Farms Fresh Chicken Cooking Contest. We are excited to see your original recipe featuring Foster Farms fresh chicken and ingredients that are local to your area - like California avocados, Washington apples or Oregon marrionberries. Fifteen semifinalists will have the chance to compete for a trip to the Napa Valley and a chance to be chosen as our 2012 Grand Prize winner. Make sure you don’t miss out on submitting YOUR recipe.

Contest key dates:

• June 3, 2012: All recipes MUST be submitted by June 3 in order to be considered
• July 2012: 15 semifinalists (5 from California, 5 from Oregon and 5 from Washington) will be selected to participate in the regional events
• August - September 2012: Regional events will be held in California, Oregon and Washington
• September 28, 2012: Final event will be held in California’s Napa Valley at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone
