A household favorite, I created this recipe after giving up flour, cheese and most sugar. It is a turkey meatloaf, Foster Farms ground tureky, with an Italian touch.
INGREDIENTS
Turkey Meatloaf:
1 pound Foster Farms Turkey Mild Italian Sausage, casings removed
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sausage, eggs, oats, onion and milk. Season with 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt. Mix well and form into a loaf. Place into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the spaghetti sauce, hot sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Smooth over the entire meatloaf.
