Foster Farms Recipe

Summary

INGREDIENTS

  

Chicken:

2 pounds Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

1/4 cup onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  

Barbeque Sauce:

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  

Rolls:

8 to 10  sandwich rolls, cut in half

DIRECTIONS

1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips.

2. In a 4 quart saucepan, in hot oil, cook chicken, onion, and garlic until chicken is no longer pink when cut into. Spoon off excess juice and remove the chicken to a bowl.

3. Heat remaining ingredients, except rolls, to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken, then heat thoroughly. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the mixture into each sandwich roll.
