HRIS/Compensation

We manage our compensation programs including mass pay changes, annual increases, and compensation statements. We also coordinate company-wide communications. Our department maintains the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and all personnel data. We consult with other areas of the business regarding Compensation and Affirmative Action.

Chicken Live Production & Manufacturing (North)

We're responsible for recruitment and employee relations for chicken live production and manufacturing in the Northern California area.

Chicken Live Production & Manufacturing (South)

We're responsible for recruitment and labor/employee relations for chicken live production and manufacturing for the Southern California area.

Turkey Live Production, Manufacturing and Deli Operations

We're responsible for recruitment and labor/employee relations for turkey live production and manufacturing. Also supports Deli Operations and transportation.

Pacific Northwest Live Production & Manufacturing

We're responsible for recruitment and labor/employee relations for PNW live production and manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of state and federal laws
