HRIS/Compensation
We manage our compensation programs including mass pay changes, annual increases, and compensation statements. We also coordinate company-wide communications. Our department maintains the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and all personnel data. We consult with other areas of the business regarding Compensation and Affirmative Action.
