Career Opportunities

Health & Safety Manager
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in safety-related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ten years experience managing health & safety process, and experience managing systems-based health & safety program implementation
Plant Manager
  • BS in poultry science, business or engineering, or equivalent �experience in the poultry field or food processing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Balanced technical/mechanical/human resources knowledge
  • Ability to coordinate special assignments/projects
  • Understanding of poultry industry, trends and manufacturing guidelines and norms.
Manager
  • BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent experience

  • Broad experience in capitol project creation, bidding and implementation including safety and permitting requirements
Safety Coordinator
  • Bachelor's Degree in safety or related field (ASP or CSP Preferred)
  • 3-5 years' related health and safety experience
  • Education and experience must clearly indicate the existence of specialized knowledge in five or more of the following specialties: ergonomics, fall protection, confined spaces, respiratory protection, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, or process safety management
  • Knowledge of Cal/OSHA, Fed/OSHA and UFC rules and standards
Director
  • 10-15 years of diversified management experience with emphasis on financial knowledge or understanding
