Accounts Receivable

We apply invoice payments to customer accounts and follow-up on outstanding invoices. Since timely research and resolution is imperative in keeping the customer accounts accurate, we consider research extremely important in the daily function of our duties. Our clerks work closely with customers as well as the Credit and Deductions Departments.

Credit & Collection

We thoroughly check new customers before product delivery to ensure feasible collection within proper credit terms. We carefully review every credit application with industry specific criteria to make sure our customers maintain adequate cash flow. Credit terms and limits are set individually for each customer based on their needs and ability to pay. By working closely with sales and our customers, we're able to keep Bad Debts at a minimum.

Insurance Services

We provide management and placement of Employee Benefit Programs that safeguard employees, as well as, all corporate property and casualty policies, to protect company assets.

Cash Management

We work to guarantee proper accounting and analysis of investments, debt activity, bank activity and financial reporting. We also administer two large qualified retirement plans and a non-qualified deferred compensation plan, ensuring timely contribution of funds, processing of participant enrollment and distribution as well as the proper reporting for accounting, participants, senior management and government agencies. We also manage the P-Card program.
