  • Warehousing and Transportation - Foster Farms is proud to have a world class supply chain that provides customers with quality products, on time, with a very short lead-time. Our fresh products, such as chicken and turkey, are processed today and will be in the store tomorrow. These fast paced activities are coordinated between our customer service, product management, warehouse, and transportation departments. This takes a team of individuals who are excellent with details, have great communication skills and most importantly can work together in a team environment.

  • Customer Service - If customer satisfaction is job #1 for you, here’s your opportunity. You’ll accept and process customer orders and work with all other areas of the supply chain to ensure our customers receive products in a timely manner. Customer service receives orders via EDI, phone or fax. We then input and monitor these orders in SAP. You’ll communicate with customers, brokers and/or sales personnel when issues arise and resolve issues.

"I have had the opportunity to work in different departments and gain the necessary experience to advance. My career with Foster Farms began as an hourly employee in the Packaging department. Two years later I transferred to the Weigh & Price department where I held several different positions such as Lead Person, Product Scheduler and Inventory Control. A year later I was promoted to a Line Supervisor for the Northern California Distribution Center. I now hold the position of Department Supervisor for that facility. I am very fortunate and thankful that Foster Farms has given me the growth opportunities and training to develop my skills on a personal and professional level."
