  • Corporate - Where else can you support so many business areas through effective recruiting and employee relations? Because of the diverse nature of our business, you could be involved in recruitment and retention for every employment area – from finance and marketing to production and engineering. College relations, along with other special projects are also handled in this department.

  • HRIS/Compensation - Can you manage our compensation programs including mass pay changes, annual increases, and compensation statements? If you can and also coordinate company-wide communications, this is the department for you. We maintain the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and all personnel data. You’ll consult with other areas of the business regarding compensation and affirmative action.

  • Chicken Live Production & Manufacturing - Here you’ll be responsible for the recruitment and employee relations for chicken live production and manufacturing in the Northern or Southern California areas.

  • Turkey Live Production, Manufacturing and Deli Operations - In this division, you’ll coordinate the recruitment and labor/employee relations for turkey live production and manufacturing.

  • Pacific Northwest Live Production & Manufacturing - The recruitment and labor/employee relations for Pacific Northwest live production and manufacturing is the order here.
